Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On July 17, 2020, Gregory Bowen informed CIRCOR International Inc. (the “Company”) that he has accepted a position with a company in the Philadelphia area, which will enable him to be closer to family, and that he therefore intends to resign as Senior Vice President Finance and Corporate Controller and principal accounting officer effective August 7, 2020 (which is the deadline for filing the Company’s Form 10-Q for its second fiscal quarter ended June 28, 2020). The Company has initiated a search process to identify a new principal accounting officer and has retained an executive search firm to assist with the process. Abhi Khandelwal, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume the duties of interim principal accounting officer beginning upon Mr. Bowen’s departure and ending upon the future start date of the new principal accounting officer.
