Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On August 22, 2022, Amit Goel notified CIRCOR International, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as the Company’s Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and principal accounting officer in order to pursue an external opportunity. His resignation is effective on September 9, 2022. Mr. Goel’s resignation is not a result of any disagreements with the Company or its officers or employees, and we thank him for his service.
