Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers;
Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

CIRCOR International, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Joseph Losak, age 57, to serve as the Company’s Vice President Finance, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, effective January 19, 2023. Mr. Losak is a Certified Public Accountant and has served as VP Finance and Deputy Controller since joining the Company on August 29, 2022.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Losak worked at Hill International, Inc., a construction management company, where he served as Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting from 2018 to 2022 responsible for overseeing Hill International, Inc.'s accounting and financial reporting functions.

There are no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Losak and any other person pursuant to which he was appointed to his position, and Mr. Losak is not related to any executive officer or director of the Company. Mr. Losak has no direct or indirect material interest in any related party transaction required to be disclosed pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
