Scott Buckhout joined CIRCOR as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2013. Prior to joining CIRCOR, Mr. Buckhout served in a number of senior level positions at United Technology Corporation (UTC) from 2007 to 2012, including President of UTC Fire & Security, President of Global Fire Products and President, Systems and Firefighting. Prior to UTC, Mr. Buckhout held a number of senior roles at Honeywell International Corporation in the Consumer Products and Friction Materials divisions. He spent five years in Europe for UTC and Honeywell, including as Vice President and General Manager, Consumer Products Group, Honeywell EMEA and Vice President and General Manager, Honeywell Friction Materials – Europe. He also previously worked in general management and strategy consulting roles at Booz Allen & Hamilton and The Boeing Company. Mr. Buckhout earned a Master of Business Administration in Operations & Finance from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Sumit Mehrotra was named Group President, CIRCOR Advanced Flow Solutions in 2016. Mr. Mehrotra joined CIRCOR in 2013 as Vice President, Global Supply Chain, where he was responsible for developing the global supply chain function for CIRCOR, which includes Material Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing and Logistics. In 2015, was promoted as Senior Vice President Supply Chain and Product Management when he took additional responsibilities for the corporate Engineering and Product Management functions. Prior to joining CIRCOR, Mr. Mehrotra spent 12 years with Honeywell Aerospace in various functions from Engineering to Integrated Supply Chain. In his last assignment at Honeywell he was responsible for the development and execution of global sourcing transformation strategies for multi-billion-dollar annual material spend.
He holds an MBA from Arizona State University, a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering degree from Punjab Engineering College, India.
Tony Najjar was named Group President, Aerospace & Defense in 2018. Mr. Najjar joined CIRCOR in 2015 as Group Vice President of Sales and Marketing and was most recently Vice President and General Manager of CIRCOR Aerospace. He has spent nearly 30 years in the Aerospace & Defense industry, serving in engineering, sales, and general management roles. Before joining CIRCOR, Mr. Najjar held a number of leadership roles at Rockwell Collins and Kaiser Aerospace. He earned Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and an MBA from Pepperdine University in California. He is a Six Sigma Certified Black Belt and a certified Lean Master.
Pete Sattler joined CIRCOR as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in 2020. Previously, Mr. Sattler was Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer for John Wiley & Sons, Inc., an American multinational publishing company focused on academic publishing and instructional materials. Prior to that, he was Vice President and CIO for International Flavors & Fragrances and CIO for industrial products manufacturer SPX Corporation. He began his career at United Technologies Corporation (UTC), where he served in leadership positions in information technology and finance for UTC divisions including Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, Sikorsky Aircraft and the company’s former automotive business. Mr. Sattler holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
Jessica Wenzell joined CIRCOR as Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 2020. Prior to joining CIRCOR, Ms. Wenzell served in executive roles of increasing responsibility at GE for over 14 years. From 2017 to 2020 she was GE’s Executive Counsel – Strategic Transactions, leading cross-functional, legal entity carve-out activities for a multi-billion dollar divestiture pipeline. Her previous roles at GE included Executive Counsel – Indirect Sourcing & Properties (2017-2018); Executive Counsel – Chief Compliance Officer for GE Oil & Gas (2013-2017); and General Counsel for GE Measurement & Control (2010-2013). Ms. Wenzell began her career at Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP in the Corporate & Securities Practice Group. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Japanese Studies from University of California, San Diego and her J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco.
Tanya Dawkins was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Treasurer in 2018. She previously served as Senior Director, Corporate Treasurer from 2015 to 2018 and Global Treasury Manager from 2001 to 2015. Prior to joining CIRCOR, Ms. Dawkins served as Director of Finance for GenRad Corporation (now part of Teradyne). Ms. Dawkins previously had spent 10 years at Digital Equipment Corporation in a variety of senior finance positions. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management in Boston, and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
Josh Raha joined CIRCOR as Vice President, Product Management in 2017. He brings over 15 years of leadership experience in product management, engineering and marketing spanning the semiconductor, wireless, automotive, retail fueling, and payment markets. Prior to joining CIRCOR, Mr. Raha was Senior Director of Marketing & Product Management at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Danaher/Fortive company. Prior to that he spent over 8 years in senior product management roles at TriQuint Semiconductor. Mr. Raha earned an MBA in International Business at the University of Southern California. He also holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
